4th MeteoXchange conference 2025

Save the date for the fourth edition of the MeteoXchange ECS Conference, a virtual conference for early career scientists in Atmospheric Sciences and related disciplines. The event is completely free of charge. Join us on April 10th and 11th for keynote lectures, poster and oral sessions and social events.

Improve your presentation skills and dive into the world of scientific exchange in a friendly environment! Abstract submission and registration for the conference is now open! We welcome abstracts from all fields related to atmospheric and climate sciences and from all backgrounds (Bachelor, Master, PhD…). Submit your abstract until January 31, 2025 and be a part of the final program tailored to participants from all time zones as best as possible. This year again, there will be prizes for the best presentation and the best poster! The best presenter will be awarded a free publication sponsored by Copernicus, and for the best poster there will be a fee waiver for the next EMS Annual Meeting which takes place September 8-12, 2025 in Ljubljana. Please indicate in the abstract submission form if you would like to take part in the competition.


Intro-Session “How to Conference?”

To help you make the most of this experience, we are pleased to also invite you to a special pre-event online session titled “How to Conference?”. This session is designed to introduce you to the typical structure of academic conferences, including oral and poster sessions, and provide practical tips for preparing an effective abstract submission and oral and poster presentations; as always, free of charge!

This session will be held online on Zoom. The link will be sent automatically to all participants who registered before January 7, so make sure to register for the conference by this date if you want to participate in the session.
